D. Rand Henderson
Admitted to practice law in Arizona 1986, California (inactive) 1988,
Utah 1989
Mr. Henderson has worked in law firms in San Diego California, and
Salt Lake City Utah where he practiced in the areas of general civil
litigation, business reorganization (bankruptcy), and family law.
Mr. Henderson currently practices in the areas of local government
and education law and in the consumer areas of family law, bankruptcy,
criminal law and personal injury law.
Working for nine years as a civil deputy (associate county counsel)
in the Navajo County Attorney's Office in Arizona, Rand gained substantial
experience in local government and education law. He represented Northland
Pioneer College for those nine years in the County Attorney's Office.
He also is a former Prosecutor.
Mr. Henderson graduated from BYU Law School in 1986. He clerked (research
attorney) for the Honorable James W. Meyers, Judge United States Bankruptcy
Appellate Panel for the 9th Circuit and Chief Judge United States
Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California 1987-88.
He also clerked for the Honorable Melvyn T. Shelley, Arizona Court
of Appeals 1986-87.
Most recently he spent two years working as a research attorney for
the Judges of the First District Court in Logan and Brigham City Utah
while scaling back his Arizona practice. At the conclusion of his
work for the judges, he opened an office in Logan Utah and now splits
his time between the Logan, Brigham City, and Arizona offices.

R. Michael Utley
Admitted to practice law in Utah
Mr. Utley interned at several Utah law firms and the Utah Fourth
District Court before joining Henderson Law Offices as an associate.
He currently practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Estate Planning,
Land Use and Municipal Law.
Mike graduated from BYU Law School where he was an Editor for the
Journal of Public Law and was Vice President of the Natural Resources
Law Society. He also graduated from BYU College of Engineering with
a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and was a research
assistant at the Environmental Modeling Research Lab.
